Kenny Stout, 54, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, a self-employed mechanic, passed away on July 22, 2018. He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Stout; a brother, Richard Stout; four children, Brad Hall, Josh Hall, Joey Foreman and Johanna Stout; a very special daughter, Martha Butler and 10 grandchildren.
