Ruth Rudder, 88, of Pottsville, died Thursday, in Russellville. Born July 28, 1929, in Retta, to Lloyd and Ethel Kelley Church. Graveside service is 10 a.m., Monday, July 30, 2018, at Solo Cemetery in Hector, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
