Tammy Faye Keathley

Tammy Faye Keathley, of Vilonia passed away peacefully in Cabot Nursing and Rehab on May 30, 2018 at the age of 48. Tammy was born on August 29, 1969 in Jacksonville, Arkansas to Bobby Earl and Barbara (Smith) Keathley. She received her Master of Education with honors from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. She was an elementary and junior high school teacher at Warren School District. Tammy is survived by her mother, Barbara Keathley of Vilonia; her daughter, Katie Grice of Rison; sister, Terri Lee of Bryant; one nephew, Michael Eubanks of Bryant; grandfather, Forest Keathley (Veteran of the year last year) and wife Jetty of Vilonia; special adopted daughters, Amelia Tucker; Kelsey Tucker; and Abby Myers all of Vilonia; as well as a host of extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Bobby Earl Keathley; grandmothers, Faye Keathley and Gladys Smith. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 3 p.m. on June 3, 2018 at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, 50 Eagle Street, Vilonia, Arkansas 72173 with Dr. Randy Cloud officiating.
