Virgie Lee Montgomery

Virgie Lee Montgomery, 96 of Springdale passed away Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale She was born March 24, 1922 in Aurora, Arkansas to William Edward and Mary Alice Elvington McElhaney. Virgie worked as a waitress and was a great mom, grandma and best friend. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother. Survivors include two daughters, Lavinna Wood and husband Paul and Patsy Muller and husband Bobby all of Springdale; three grandchildren, Justin Wood and wife Erica and Amy and Ashley Wood all of Springdale. A graveside service will be Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Shady Grove Cemetery in Springdale with Pastor Bryan Graham officiating. No visitation is planned.
