Jo Ann Ballentine Macklin

On June 5, 2018 at noon, Jo Ann Ballentine Macklin embarked on another leg of her journey to her eternal home in the Celestial Realms. Born May 2, 1936 to Dolph and Annie Duncan Ballentine throughout her life she was a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, a medical transcriptionist and most recently, a treasurer for her church. She was, also, an intrepid world traveler, taking many and varied trips in her life. Embarking on this leg of her eternal journey she rejoins her mother and father and leaves behind her husband of 59 years, Jack M. Macklin; her son-in-law, John Tabor; daughter-in-law; Jeanie Macklin and three granddaughters, Josie, Jessica and Kristin Tabor. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 8, at 11 a.m. at St. Andrews United Methodist Church, 4600 Baseline Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209.
