Kathleen Marie Donahue Huffman of Wynne, Arkansas, died on Sunday, June 3, 2018 in Jonesboro, Arkansas; she was 88. Kathleen was born on May 8, 1930 to the late William Donahue and Florence McGreal Donahue in Brooklyn, New York. Her family lived in New York, New Jersey and Bermuda before moving to Panama in 1944. She was an accountant for the Panama Canal Zone, a member of the Panama Canal Society and of the Catholic faith. Kathleen enjoyed knitting and working crossword puzzles. She was a resident of Wynne, Arkansas for the last 12 years. Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, William and Florence Donahue, her brother, Robert Donahue, and her husband Willard Warren Huffman in 2009. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Novak and husband Gary of Port Townsend, Washington; sons, Will Huffman and wife Kathy of Wynne, Arkansas; Jim Huffman and wife Joan of North Bonneville, Washington; sister, Elinor Callahan of Watervliet, New York, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital, 1 Children's Way, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202, or to Project 363: Feed the Need, or to the charity of the donor's choice.
