Stephen Dale Milligan

Stephen Dale Milligan of Hot Springs, Ark., was born to Kent Sexton and Hazel Dene Cartwright, March of 1946 in Bateseville, Ark. He was called home to the Lord, Thursday June 7, 2018. He was a proud Recon Marine and grandfather. He is survived by the love of his life, Marjean Bean, his children: Lisa Milligan, John Paul Milligan, Mellissa Epperson and Christie Milligan, and his granddaughter, Catherine Epperson.
