Jackie Brown Parrott

Jackie Brown Parrott, age 81, of Warren, Ark. died Monday, June 11th, 2018 at Chapel Woods Nursing Center. She was born September 26th, 1936 in Warren, Ark. a daughter of the late Clifton Brown and Frances Calvert Brown. She was retired from the Warren Public Schools with 26 years as a school secretary, and a member of First Baptist Church. Also preceding her in death was a brother, Carroll "Booger" Brown, and sisters, Diann Bates and Alice Brown. She is survived by her husband John Parrott, whom she married September 24th, 1954 in Warren. Also, a son, Greg Parrott of Austin, Texas, a daughter, Lisa Zinser with spouse Ralph of Conway, Ark., and a brother-in-law, Cecil Bates of Mayflower, Ark. She has four grandchildren, Kelsey Sutton and spouse Taylor, Chase Blasingame and spouse Haley, Ethan Zinser and Leo Parrott, as well as two great-grandchildren, Elliott Blasingame and Riah Blasingame. Funeral service 2 p.m. Friday, June 15th at Frazer's Chapel with Rev. Greg Stanley officiating. Burial in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. Thursday, June 14th at Frazer's Funeral Home.
