James Earl Brown

James E. Brown, 70, of Bella Vista, Ark., passed away Saturday June 16, 2018 at Northwest Medical Center, Bentonville, Ark. James was born April 4, 1948 in Russellville, Ky. to Mabel Odessa and Earl Brown. Jim was raised in Owensboro, Ky. He graduated from Davis County High School. He enjoyed being outdoors, particularly being at the lake, and hiking. James was a devout Baptist and love the Lord, he attended Grace Hills Church in Rogers, Ark. James was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Trina Brown; one daughter, Vicki Decker (Joe) of Bowling Green, Ky.; two step-sons, Josh Nix (Jessica) of Springdale, tilman, Travis Nix of Huntsville, tilman; one son, Chad Brown of Tennessee; He was Pop Jim to his seven grandchildren, Zachary Nelson, Dakota Decker, Brooklyn Nix, Gage Brown, Savana Brown, Regan Brown and TJ Baker; four siblings, Sharon Alexander, Nathan Brown, Charlotte Anderson, and Dale Brown, all of Kentucky. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Ark. 72715.
