SHIRLEY ANN OSWALT LYNCH, 75 of North Little Rock, went home to the Lord on Friday, June 22, 2018. She was born on September 5, 1942 in LaValle, Missouri to the late Bilbo and Ruvelle Oswalt of England, Arkansas. A graduate of England High School and the University of Central Arkansas, Shirley was a retired school teacher with the PCSSD for 28 years. She taught at Oak Grove Elementary and Pine Forest Elementary. She was a member of Graves Memorial Baptist Church. Shirley is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband of 47 years Lloyd Robin Lynch, a sister Martha Elizabeth Bell. Survivors include two daughters Sabra (Matt) Howard and Robyn (Dan) Koch all of North Little Rock. Four grand-children Andrew, Anna Grace, Jonathan and Kathryn, one sister Sarah Nell Oliger of Wright, Ark., and two brothers J.L. (Pat) Oswalt of Kennett, Mo., and TA Oswalt of Wright, Arkansas, Mother-in-Law Jewell Sullivan, two Brothers-in-Law, Ronald (Jenny) Lynch of Cato and Daryl Lynch of North Little Rock and three sisters-in-law Judy (Michael) Crowley of Matador, Texas, Linda (Buddy) Wilcox and Charlene Swaims all of Cato. The visitation will be 5:30-8:30 pm, Monday, June 25, 2018 at Graves Memorial Baptist Church in North Little Rock. Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday at the church. Interment will follow at Edgewood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Graves Memorial Baptist Church. Please visit online guest register www.smithfamilycares.com.
