William Terry Mackey, 70, formerly of Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018. Visitation will be held 11-12 noon, June 30, 2018 at Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke. A graveside service will follow at 1pm in Old Carlisle Cemetery.
