Roosevelt Wilson, 66, of Chattanooga, died Thursday. Roosevelt was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas on May 11, 1951. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served in the Vietnam War. Roosevelt was the Founder and Senior Pastor of Dominion Word Ministry. He was born again on October 20, 1980 and was called by God to preach the Word, his ministry being confirmed by the Holy Spirit with miracles of healing and deliverance. He is preceded in death by his father, Joe Nathan Wilson and brothers, McClenton and Luther Wilson. Roosevelt is survived by his wife, Vicki Wilson; son, Kenneth Parker; mother, Mary Wilson; brothers, Clarence (Christine) Wilson, Billy Wilson, Maurice (Michelle) Wilson, Kenneth (Charlotte) Wilson; sisters, Mary (Joseph) Cobbs, Erma Hawkins, Delois Lorings; spiritual sons, Anthony (Erin) Hammond, Robert (Kellie) Luke. Graveside services will be 2 PM, Tuesday, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors provided by the U.S. Navy. Please visit www.heritagebattlefield.com to share condolences.
