Karen Elizabeth Carter

Karen Elizabeth Carter, 50, of Humnoke, Arkansas passed away March 6, 2018. She was born in Stuttgart on October 4, 1967 to Larry Derden and Joyce Taylor Derden. She was preceded in death by her father; one son: Jordan Miller, and grandfather: Ellis Sample. She is survived by her husband: Matthew Carter of Humnoke; her mother: Joyce Taylor (Rick) of Stuttgart; one son: Christopher Miller (Elizabeth) of Stuttgart; one granddaughter: Linda Ann Miller; one sister: Christel White of Stuttgart; grandmother: Ethel Sample; one niece: Tiffany White, and extended family. Karen had an Associate's Degree from Phillips College. She worked for Riceland Foods in the Appraisal Office and went to church at Macedonia Church in Humnoke. She loved camping and fishing; gardening, animals, painting and making wreaths. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. on Friday, March 9, 2018 at Roller England Funeral Home Chapel (501) 842-3939. Bro. Mitch Dulaney and Bro. Dale Carter will be officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. Cremation arrangements will be handled by Roller England Funeral Home.
