Frances Victoria Ploudre, 99, of Little Rock passed from this life on March 18, 2018. She was born November 12, 1918 in Litchfield, Illinois to Lonnie Madoux and Cora Estelle Madoux. Frances was a member of North Jacksonville Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing games especially bingo and dominos. She also enjoyed cooking, but her greatest joy came from spending time with her family. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of nearly 50 years, Roy Eugene Ploudre, son, Alan Ploudre, siblings, Clovis Madoux, Florence Pour and Carl Madoux. Survivors include children Russell Ploudre (Patricia) of San Diego, Calif., Phyllis Ploudre (Paul Decker) of Anchorage, Alaska, and daughter-in-law, Barbara Ploudre of Little Rock. Other survivors include grandchildren, Logan Decker, Annalise Decker, Christine Ploudre (Lafayette), Kevin Ploudre (Sharleen), Angie Guthrie (Keith), Neal Ploudre (Nicole), great-grandchildren, Akili, Austen, Lafayette, Adailia, Madison, Karis, Faith, Aiden, Robert and Nathaniel along with a host of extended family and friends. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
