Dexter Clayton Davis, age 30, of Conway, Ark., was born on August 3, 1987 in West Memphis, Ark., and passed away on March 25, 2018. Dexter was a loving son, brother, grandson, and friend. He was a graduate of Heber Springs High School, and a graduate of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, with a bachelor's degree in business. He was preceded in death by his brother Eric Davis. He is survived by his mother Sondra Reed; his stepfather Jerry Reed; his father Jim Ligon; his brother Clint Ligon; his sisters Sarah Ligon and her fiancé Chris Waltz, Lizzie Ligon, and Sophia Ligon; his stepbrothers Spencer Reed and his wife Tali and their two children, and Chris Reed and his wife Summer and their two children; his grandparents Doyle and Betty Wilson; and his great-grandparents Wallace and Lorine Vance; and a beloved future daughter-in-law Chastity Mullins and her daughters Elli and Emmi Mullins. Dexter was also survived by many loving cousins, aunts, uncles, and many, many friends that he was so close to. Dexter will always be remembered by his family and friends as a loving soul, kind hearted, and always smiling. Visitation will be held from 1-3 p.m. on Thursday, March 29, 2018, at the New Life Church in Heber Springs, with funeral services to follow at 3 p.m., with Rev. John Miles officiating.
