Donna Kay (Harvey) Cleveland of Carlisle, Ark., died March 27, 2018. She was the daughter of Harold and Juanita Harvey, wife of James Cleveland, and mother of three children: James, Juanita and Penny. Family will announce memorial service at a later date.
