James C. Osburn, 85, of Fayetteville, passed away March 28, 2018 at Fayetteville. Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 31, 2018, 2 p.m., at the Wesley Cemetery with Brother Ray Shackleford officiating. Services are under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
