Earl Richard Gowie

Earl Richard Gowie of Little Rock went to be with the Lord on May 5, 2018. Earl was born on March 16, 1946 in Riverside, New Jersey. He served in the U.S. Army, stationed in Germany and Vietnam. Earl loved the red, white, and blue with all his heart and soul. A proud AMERICAN, Vietnam Veteran, and 28 year employee of Kroger. Earl was preceded in death by his father, Earl William Gowie; mother, Alfredine Sweigart; and sister and brother in-law, Ruth Ann and Neil Evans. Survivors include: wife, Kathy Gowie; son, Eric Wayne Gowie; daughter, Monica Gowie Lambert, son-in-law, Montee Lambert, all from Little Rock Arkansas; sister and brother in-law, Linda and Terry Gardner of Willow Street, Pennsylvania; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Bob Fain of Forth Smith, Arkansas and two grandchildren, Keaton Rainey and Eric Gowie Jr. A celebration of life for a proud American Veteran will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the Roller-Chenal Funeral Home Chapel, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Ark. 72211.
