Eddie J. Norris

Eddie J. Norris, 74, of North Little Rock, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018. He was born January 20, 1944, in Swifton, Arkansas, to Clarence Atheny Norris and Betty Jo Norris. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Larry Norris. Eddie was a graduate of Swifton High School and Arkansas College (now Lyon College). He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in North Little Rock and a Navy Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Kaye Norris; daughter Kim Berry and husband Jason of Maumelle; two grandchildren, Anthony Wiggs of North Little Rock and Kayla Breshears of Beebe; three great-grandchildren, Bryson Breshears, Sophia Wiggs and Harper Breshears; and by two sisters, Nancy Whittaker of Walnut Ridge and Becky Keton of Jonesboro. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 10, at 2 p.m. with visitation at 1 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock.
