Richard Harold Presson

Richard Harold Presson, age 82, of Farmington passed away Sunday May 6, 2018 in Fayetteville. He was born June 13, 1935 in East Prairie, Missouri the son of William Paul and Lena Thomure Presson. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother William Paul Presson Jr. He is survived by two sisters Mary L. McAlpin of Farmington and Margaret Gones of Poxico, Missouri; four nephews, Steve Smith of Poxico, Missouri, Randy Smith of St. Louis, Missouri, William (Bill) Paul Presson III of California, Jim Presson of St. Louis, Missouri a niece, Bobbi Smith of Elkins; and a double first cousin, Robert (Bob) Presson of St. Louis, Missouri; Several great and great-great-nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. Thursday May 10, 2018 at Moore's Chapel with funeral service starting at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Elkins.
