Hazel Catherine Flowers

Hazel Catherine Flowers, 83, of Augusta passed away Thursday, May 10, 2018, peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. Hazel was born February 11, 1935, in Delaware, Arkansas, to the late Henry and Nettie Green Reynolds. Hazel is survived by her husband of 61 years, Harold; three children, Mike Flowers (Deb), Cathy Flowers Burrow (Neil), and Jimmy Flowers; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and siblings, Margie Guynes, JoAnn Bowen, and Bill Reynolds. Services will be Saturday, May 12, 2018, at the Rhodes and Son Funeral Home in Augusta at 2 p.m., followed by interment at Augusta Memorial Park. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. immediately preceding the service at Rhodes and Son Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations may be made to Grace Baptist Church in Augusta at P.O. Box 314, Augusta, Ark. 72006, or the American Cancer Society.
