BETTYE MAE SELLERS CUNDIFF, 91, of Jacksonville passed from this life on Thursday, May 17, 2018. She was born Thursday, November 11, 1926 in Pickles Gap, Arkansas to the late A. Lester and Fannie Naylor Sellers. She married the late Leonard Gordon Cundiff and enjoyed 58 years of marriage before his passing in 2004. During their marriage Bettye and her husband traveled all over the world following his duty in the Air Force. She worked at the Little Rock Air Force Base Credit Union and retired from St. Vincent Hospital Credit Union. Bettye was very active in the Business and Professional Women's Club at the local and state levels. She was an avid Golfer, Quilter, Gardener, Seamstress, and Square Dancer. She also played the piano at church for many years. Bettye was preceded in death by a son, Gordon Cundiff; and grandson, Robert D. Wagers. Survivors include her children, Connie Jean (James) Foster of Cabot, Pam (Kent) Wagers of Pineville, Louisiana; daughter-in-law, Mary Cundiff of Jacksonville; 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild along with a host of extended family and friends. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home with Greg Rozenski officiating. Interment will be private. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Monday, May 21, 2018 at the funeral home. Arrangement entrusted to Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home 501-982-2136.
