Barney Louis Alexander

Barney Louis Alexander, 65, died on May 21, 2018. He was born in Heber Springs, Arkansas on January 21, 1953, with his twin sister Lendy, to parents Marvin and Margaret Alexander. He went to Elementary School in Crossett and Junior High and High School in Little Rock. He received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Architecture from the U of A at Fayetteville and worked in Little Rock and Rogers, Ark. before becoming ill with Multiple Sclerosis and moving to Little Rock. He was pleased to have designed beautiful homes for all three of his sisters. He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Alexander, and is survived by his mother, Margaret Alexander, by sisters and husbands: Mary Alice Shipley (Larry), Sue Keathley (Gary), and Lendy Eaton (Ron); 5 nieces and nephews: Paul Shipley (Joanna), Sarah Shipley Reichle (Robert), Sean Keathley (Jamie), Lynn Staner (Ryan), and Brian Eaton: and five great-nieces and nephews, Kira and Erin Shipley, Pierce and James Keathley, and Cooper Staner. Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday, May 25, 2018 in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W. 12th St., Little Rock (501) 661-9111 with Rev.
