Phillip H Allen

Phillip H. Allen, 69, of Lonoke, a loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away from this life on October 6, 2018. He was born on January 21, 1949 in Carthage, Mo., to Elmer and the late Margie Allen. Phill, who served in the United States Air Force, enjoyed golfing, fishing, cooking barbecue and watching the Arkansas Razorbacks and Washington Redskins. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family - especially his grandchildren, many who knew him as "Pappy." He is preceded in death by his mother, Margie Allen and two brothers, Bill and Dwayne Allen. Phill leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, LaDonna Allen; children, Nathan Allen (Gina), Candice Ahearn (Steven), Robert Allen (Hayley), Phillip Allen Jr., Ryan Harvey (Taye), Amanda Hall (Justin), Rick Harvey (Jennifer); father, Elmer Allen; 15 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; four sisters, Judy Batalia, Mary Krause, Marilyn Edwards and Ann Hager; and a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville with graveside services to follow at 11 a.m. at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
