William "Dick" "Bill" C. Barnett, 96, died Sept. 7, 2018. He was born May 4, 1922 in Romance, Ark. Visitation will be Sept. 11 from 9-11 a.m. at the Searcy McEuen Chapel. Funeral service will follow visitation at 11 a.m. at Searcy McEuen. Burial will follow at Romance Cemetery.
