Dorothy Jean McDonald

Dorothy Jean McDonald, 79, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018. She was born April 21, 1939 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Chester and Dorothy Henderson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Quitman McDonald; and her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Danny) Partridge; son, Sam (Liz) McDonald; two brothers, Chet (Mary Ellen) Stanhope and Bobby (Sharon) Henderson; sister, Mary (Winston) Horton; and her grandchildren, Amanda Partridge, Tanner McDonald and BritneyAnne (Alan) Jacobs. She was an avid Arkansas Traveler's fan, but her favorite part of life was spending time with her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sylvan Hills Church of Christ, 117 W. Maryland Ave., Sherwood, Ark. 72120. A visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 15, 2018, followed by funeral service at 11 a.m., at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home.
