Geneva Sue Moore

Geneva Sue Moore, age 75, of Bismarck, died Friday, September 14, 2018, at her home. She was born November 3, 1942, to the late Sam and Elsie Smith Hassen. Geneva retired from Southern LP Gas as an office manager and was a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband, James M (Jim) Moore and two brothers, Sam Hassen and Ray Hassen and one granddaughter, Amanda Fogg. Survivors are her children, David Moore of New Zealand, Anita (Richard) Elliott of Utah, Sue Moore of Eureka Springs, and Rhonda (Jeff) Fogg of Cherokee Village; one brother, Thomas (Geneva) Hassen of Cabot; two sisters, Zelma (Tom) Thurgood of Carlisle, and Janie (Carthel) Clark of Malvern; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to family members, Geneva is survived by a very dear and special friend, Clifton Parker, and beloved friends Ronnie Woodall, Susie Rowland, Larry and Sue Forquer. The family will hold a private service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Hospice of Central Arkansas in Hot Springs.
