William "Bill" G. Lloyd Sr.

William "Bill" Grover Lloyd Sr., 76, of Watson, Arkansas passed away September 19, 2018 in Dumas, Arkansas. Bill was born October 16, 1941 in Dumas, the son of the late, William C. Lloyd and Pauline Jones Lloyd. His parents and wife, Shirley Lloyd preceded him in death. Bill was a member of Watson Baptist Church, he retired after 36 years with the United States Postal Service, as a mail carrier. Survivors are his son, Bill (Jamie) Lloyd of Watson, Arkansas and a sister, Sue Ray of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, two grandchildren, Bill "Junior" Lloyd and Slade Lloyd, two great-grandchildren, Griffin Lloyd and Eden Lloyd. Visitation held Friday, September 21, 2018 beginning at 2 p.m. with funeral services following at 3 p.m., both held at Griffin Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Walt Lowe and Rev. Larry Donaldson officiating and burial in Watson Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Watson Cemetery, 405 Peterson, Watson, Arkansas 71674.
