THORNTON Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department workers repair an expansion joint on an overpass of I-30 eastbound just south of the 15th Street exit in North Little Rock Tuesday afternoon. Metal parts of the joint had worked loose and caused some flat tires for motorists. The repair work closed 2 of the 3 lanes, backing up traffic into Little Rock.
