Canon's menu of salads, nachos, quesadillas, pizzas, fajitas, pasta, sandwiches and specialty plates is simple yet varied. If more traditional tortilla-based (or pita-based) food doesn't strike diners' fancies, there are surprises like the Tuna Sandwich, featuring an actual albacore steak, among the selections. With some exceptions, most entrees are priced below $10. Meals for children 12 and younger include pasta, chicken tenders, grilled cheese or nachos and are $3.59 to $3.99.
