Description

Ice cream can be served in cups or waffle cones (sprinkled, regular or waffle bowls) and blended into concoctions like drinks and layered Dazzler desserts. The store also sells ice cream cakes, cold drinks and basic coffee (currently the Caribou brand, but a vendor change is anticipated.)
There are three booths, a half-dozen other tables and two television screens available for frozen treat seekers who'd prefer to savor their order in the clean, relaxed shop, rather than risk it melting on the way home. Those taking their desserts home can expect to have them carefully packaged with spoons and napkins.
The staff is friendly and helpful and, most importantly, generous with the samples. They understand that when we invest $2.69 in a single cup of ice cream (the least expensive item at the Haagen-Dazs shop) - knowing that the same amount of money could buy a large container of ice cream at the grocery store), we expect it to delight. They're quick to spoon you a little taste of intriguing varieties (like the luxe Caramel Cone of caramel swirls and crunchy chocolate-covered cone pieces) and suggest favored flavors (like the always luscious sweet caramel Dulce de Leche).
