Description

Stromboli's proudly uses an authentic brick oven and hand tosses all of the dough, made in-house daily for the pizzas and strombolis. We believe that hand tossed dough is superior in quality — it's more flavorful, tender and chewy and has a much better texture than machine pressed dough. In short, it tastes the way a true NY Style pizza or stromboli tastes. A stromboli is hand tossed pizza dough filled with meats, veggies and mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheeses, then baked in the brick oven, served with pizza sauce.

Stromboli's is locally owned and operated by Ken & Robin Stauffer. Ken, originally from Lancaster, PA, dreamed of bringing his favorite East Coast strombolis, grinders, Philly cheesesteaks and pizzas to the Conway area. Pastas, salads, wraps, gelato (Italian ice cream, 1/2 the fat of American ice cream), sorbetto (dairy free, made from fresh fruit), cannolis and tiramisu round out the truly unique menu.
