The Little Rock Police Department announced a program to mark the graves of all 23 known fallen officers that were killed in the line of duty. The announcement was made at the grave site of William L. Copeland, the first known officer to by killed in action.

I am a relative of Luther Hay, one of the officers whose graves you are looking for. I am not sure where he is buried, but he was originally from Durant, Oklahoma.
