A 26-year-old man accused of raping a teenage girl could be in Arkansas, according to a news release from the Hot Springs Police Department.
Authorities said they have been unable to locate Joel Clark Wilt, who is being sought in the rape of a 13-year-old.
The release states that police believe he may be in the Fort Smith area or staying with family outside the state. Authorities across the country have reportedly been notified about the case.
Hot Springs police could not immediately be reached for more information.
