Juanita A. Wheeler

Juanita A. Wheeler, 71, of Little Rock passed away October 4, 2010. She was born September 10, 1939 in Redlands, CA to the late Lee I. Hannah and Vera A. Hollowell Hannah. She is also preceded in death by her loving husband Darrell Wheeler, two sons, Sam Spitzer and Christian Spitzer, and a brother, Lewis Dale Hannah. Juanita was known for her love of sewing and interior decorating. She found great satisfaction in volunteering with the American Red Cross and fulfilled her civic responsibility working with voter Registration. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Tremane Winn and grandchildren, Hannah, Harmonne and Hayden Winn all of North Little Rock, daughter, Sydney Spitzer of Little Rock, son, Leonard Spitzer of California; a sister, Donna Klepich of Heber Springs and a brother, Edward Lee Hannah and wife Joann of Hopewell Community near Heber Springs. Memorial services will be 2 p.m., Friday October 8th at Pulaski Heights UMC 4823 Woodlawn, Little Rock, Ark. 501-664-3600. There will also be a service of remembrance in Heber Springs, 1 p.m., Saturday October 9 at South Crossroads Church Lone Star Road Hopewell Community.
