Bettye Ruth Mills, 91, of Little Rock died Wednesday, October 20, 2010. Entombment will be at 1 p.m., Saturday in Roselawn Mausoleum with a Memorial Service to follow at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel of Second Presbyterian Church, Pleasant Valley Drive, with Rev.
