Rosa Mae West
Rosa Mae (Pugh) West, 81, of Greenbrier, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2011, at her home. She was born January 25, 1930, in Kennett, Missouri, a daughter of the late Melvin and Mattie Byrd (Goutney) Pugh. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Elvis West, who died on October 22, 2007; and a her son, Ted West, who died March 22, 2009. She was the owner of Conway's Scrap Metal, and was a member of the Eastside Church of Christ in Conway.
She is survived by daughter-in-law, Leslie of Conway, Danny West and wife Lynn of Greenbrier, Randy West and wife Gail of Greenbrier, Faron West of North Little Rock, and Tony West of Greenbrier; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Lucille Allen of Michigan and Carol Sue Belt of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; and a brother, Bobby Don Kirby of Wappapello, Missouri.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, in the chapel of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, with Gary Prince officiating. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park. Visitation is Tuesday, April 19, 2011, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Online guestbook: www.rollerfuneralhomes.com.
