Remmel "Happy" Miron Grayson

Remmel "Happy" Miron Grayson, 51, of Tillar passed away February 14, 2011 at Delta Memorial Hospital in Dumas, Ark. Mr. Grayson was a teacher/administrator for McGehee Public Schools and a Presbyterian. He is preceded in death by his father, Jack Grayson and two brothers; Jackie Grayson Jr., Darren Grayson and one grandson; Sayler Weast. Mr. Grayson is survived by his wife; Anna Grayson of Tillar Ark., his mother, Melba Ballard Grayson of Prescott, Ark., a son; Remmel Miron "Boo" Grayson of McGehee, Ark., three daughters; Deanda (Starsky) Weast of Star City, Ark., Rachael (Stevie) Whaley of Dumas, Ark., Corey (Jonathon) Waldrup of McGehee, Ark., one brother; Joe (Janice) Grayson of Star City, Ark., one sister; Tamie (Raymond) Moore of Prescott, Ark., eight grandchildren; Chandler Weast, Lilly Weast, Tess Whaley, Trista Whaley, Emersyn Whaley, Asher Whaley, Karter Grayson, and Isabella Waldrup. A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m., February 16, 2011at Star City Assembly of God with Brother Kenny Martin officiating. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials to be made to Happy Grayson Football Scholarship Fund at the First National Bank, 500 North Second St., McGehee, Ark. 71654.
