Jackie May Eggman

Jackie May Eggman, 85, of Heber Springs, Ark. passed away Monday, March 28, 2011, at the Cabot Nursing & Rehabilitation with the support of Arkansas Hospice. Jackie was born on April 6, 1925 in Oakland, Calif. to Jackson and Dorothea (Henry) Lymangrover. Jackie retired early as a produce manager with Safeway Stores in the San Francisco Bay Area, Calif. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Richard "Dick" Lymangrover and Brent Lymangrover. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Gene Eggman; one son, Gene Eggman II, and wife, Anita of Rogers, Ark.; three daughters, Gloria Hammond and husband, David of Hot Springs, Ark., Donna Hammond and husband, Mike of Beebe, Ark., and Terri Sherland of Ward, Ark.; 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. Services will be held Friday, April 1, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Olmstead Funeral Home in Heber Springs with the Rev. Bob Ryan officiating, graveside service to follow at Cleburne County Memorial Gardens. Kevin Hammond, Keith Hammond, James Hammond, Tom Baumgartner, Brian Doyle, and Eugene Eggman III will serve as pallbearers. Joel Humphrey, Jeff Havens, and Kyle Mcginley are honorary pallbearers.
