BETTY S. ARNOLD, 67, of North Little Rock, left this world at 1 p.m. on May 28, 2011. She was born on Oct. 14, 1943 in Little Rock, Ark. She is survived by her husband, Larry E. Arnold; god-sisters Wanda Lynn of Warren, Ark., Wilma McLaughlin of Jonesboro, Ark.; numerous brother and sisters-in-law and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by two sons, Brent Douglas Arnold and Brian Kirk Arnold, in addition to her parents, C.E. and Vina Stokes of North Little Rock, Ark. Betty was a long standing, faithful member of Sherwood Cumberland Presbyterian Church, a graduate of Sylvan Hills High School and employed by Arkansas Department of Medical Services. She had a very outgoing personality, loved to make new friends and witness for God. To know Betty was to love her. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Sherwood Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 1402 East Kiehl, Sherwood, Ark., Reverend Gail Horst and Reverend Michael Qualls officiating. A graveside committal service will be held at Prosperity Cemetery, Rison, Ark. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 J.F.K.
