Frank Alan Smith, 89, formerly of Little Rock died March 28 in Memphis. He is survived by his beloved wife, Eura Jeanne Smith; his daughter, Dorothy Meeks (Greg); two grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Russell (Paul) and Matthew Frank Ethridge Meeks, and two great-grandchildren, Paul Carter Russell, II and Elizabeth Russell. Visitation will be on Friday, April 13 from 3-5 at Ruebel Funeral Home. A service of burial will be held at Oakland Fraternal Cemetery on Saturday, April 14 at 10 a.m In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to either the Arkansas Scottish Rite Foundation Auditorium Chair Fund or a charity of the donor's choice.
