ELSIE LEMABELL SMITH, 95, of Little Rock, born Sept. 7, 1916 to father, John Cunningham, and mother, Charlottie Canzadia Johnson, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012. She was Baptist. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Zadie Cunningham; her husband, Jessie Smith; her daughter, Zadie Gamble and infant son, Jessie Smith Jr. Elsie is survived by three grandchildren, Jessie Gamble (Debbie), Larry Gamble (Trudy) and Donald Gamble; five great-grandchildren, Travis Gamble, Jennifer Williams, Chris Gamble, Stephen Gamble, and Jamie Gamble; and five great-great-grandchildren, Kaden, Kamren, Kylie, and Kody Holt and Paisley Williams. Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Ferndale. Interment will be at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
