Jackie Pearce

Jackie Pearce, 73, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, died Friday, January 20, 2012. She was born August 16, 1938 in Elgin, IL. She was a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant and Co-Owner of Willow Beach Resort on Lake Hamilton. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hot Springs where she sang with the Choir. She is preceded in death by her father Joseph Forcier. Survivors include her husband Ray Pearce of Hot Springs; 3 daughters, Gretchen DeYoung of Tallahassee, Fla., Lorna DeYoung Rivas of Phoenix, Ariz., and Pamela DeYoung of Hot Springs; her mother Mata Forcier of Spring Park, Minn.; two sisters Diane Fuller of Milwaukee, Wis. and Yvonne Christensen of Edina, Minn.; seven grandchildren Kate Gardner, Janna Sowell, D. Peter Sowell, Mark Sowell, Molly Peterson, Erik Peterson, and Karl Peterson. Visitation will be Friday, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday at First Baptist Church with Bro. John McCallum officiating.
