Raedean Johnson

Raedean Johnson, age 74, of Bald Knob, died Saturday, June 23, 2012 in Searcy. He was born April 23, 1938 at Velvet Ridge, Arkansas to Altus Bernice Johnson and Agnes Missuria Cox Johnson. He was a truck driver and a member of Velvet Ridge Church of God. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Helen Johnson; three sons, Rickey Johnson and wife Denise of Velvet Ridge, Dean Johnson and wife Tammy of Velvet Ridge; Johnny Johnson and fiancé Debbie of Bald Knob; one daughter, Connie Betts, and husband Randy; one brother, Irvin Johnson and wife Pam; and three sisters, Maveline Parker and husband Bill of Bald Knob, Geneva Carter and husband Jack of Augusta; and Sherry Glaze of Searcy. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bernice and Agnes Johnson. Visitation is Monday from 6 until 8 p.m. at Powell Funeral home. Funeral services are Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Velvet Ridge Church of God with interment to follow at Velvet Ridge Cemetery.
