Henry Roland Jones

HENRY ROLAND JONES, born May 8, 1913, of Little Rock, formerly of California, died March 30, 2012 in California. Mr. Jones was a retired Insurance Executive for 57 years, and co-founder of Century Bank, of Huston Texas. While residing in Little Rock, he worked for Freedom National Life Insurance Company (formerly Eagle Life Insurance Company), and formed the Little Rock Chapter of Viligo in 1984. He is survived by a son: Henry R. Jones Jr., a number of grand and great-grandchildren, a longtine companion Janaytha Perry, and two adopted children, Jhiva Roland Perry and Jiovanni Gilbert. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Whittier, Calif. by South Los Angeles Mortuary.
