Dianne Gale Kauffman

Dianne Gale Kauffman, 65, of Prattville, Alabama, formally of Benton, passed away on November 28, 2012. She was born October 12, 1947 in Vicksburg, Mississippi to the late Nick and Erma Louise Velchoff. Dianne was a retired school teacher from the Autauga County School System in Prattville and a devoted member of the First United Methodist Church of Prattville. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Mike Velchoff. Dianne is survived by her husband, Rusty Kauffman of Prattville, Ala, sons, Reid Kauffman and wife, Leslie of Hot Springs, Ark., Layne Kauffman of Orlando, Fla., daughter, Kelli Hardy and husband, Michael of Prattville, Ala, brother, Van Velchoff of Birmingham, Ala., her beautiful granddaughters, Kaylin, Abigail, Kacie and Megan, who she loved dearly. A private family graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 4th by Ashby Funeral Home of Benton, Arkansas at Pine Crest Cemetery in Alexander, Arkansas. Visitation will be held Friday, 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Prattville, Alabama. Visitation, Monday, December 3, 2012 will be held at Ashby Funeral Home, 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Dianne will be greatly missed by all of her family, friends.
