Gladys Morene O'Kelley

Gladys "Morene" O'Kelley, 78, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 24, 2012. She was born February 22, 1934 in Lynn, Arkansas and was a member of Martindale Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rhonda Kay; parents, Earl and Edna Richmond; brother, Daryl; and sister-in-law, Peggy. She is survived by her loving and supportive husband of 59 years, one month and 13 days, Gerald; sons, Danny (Mona) of Quitman, Michael (Laura) of Little Rock and Steve (Susan) of Hensley; eight precious grandchildren, Kevin, Danielle (Ben), Chad (Haylee), Stephanie (Rocky), Ross (Sally), Shannon, Clint and MaryEllen; and five great-grandchildren, Megan, Ethan, Landree, Elijah and Everett. She is also survived by her brothers, Harold (Josephine) and Kenny. Services will be held on Saturday, October 27 at 10 a.m. at Martindale Baptist Church, 18900 Colonel Glenn Rd., officiated by Rev. Larry Walters. Visitation will precede the service at the church, beginning at 9 a.m. The graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Heard Cemetery in Bradford.
