Evelyn Jane Brashear

EVELYN JANE BRASHEAR, age 88, of North Little Rock, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Sept., 19, 2012. She was a successful business woman and avid gardener. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Major J. D. Brashear, and son, John Edward Brashear. She is survived by her daughter, Jane Brashear Hart of North Little Rock and daughter-in-law, Gail Brashear of Conway Ark.; three grandchildren, Chris Kurinec (Lisa) of Caddo Mills, Texas, Angie Kurinec Chapman (Richard) of Tulsa, Okla., and Nikki Jackson (Eric) of Conway, Ark.; five great-grandchildren, Christopher Kurinec, Courtney Kurinec, Emily Hale, James Hale, Jack Hale, and Johnathan Bryant, and many nieces and nephews. Graveside Service will be 1 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 27, at Roselawn Memorial Park, 2801 Asher, Little Rock, Ark. Arrangements are by Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 John F.
