Sean Michael Gurley

SEAN MICHAEL GURLEY, 61, of Maumelle, lost his battle with cancer on Nov. 30, 2013 after one HELL of a fight. He was born Nov. 14, 1952 in Little Rock, Ark., to Pete and Jade Gurley. He is survived by his children: Ben Gurley of Little Rock, Jessica Gurley Sweeney (Chris) of Vilonia, and Sean Gurley (Elizabeth) of Hobbs, N.M.; also three brothers; John Gurley (Joy) of Conway, Eric Gurley of Little Rock, and Linc Gurley (Laurie) of Maumelle; one granddaughter, Catherine Sweeney; and his beloved dog, Sprocket. Mike had a love for all things motorcycles and an endless knowledge about them. He also loved spending time at his cabin by the fireplace. Mike established and ran a successful business, Abby Road, where he poured out his heart and soul. He loved having his family and friends around him and enjoyed helping people. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 3, from 5-7 p.m. at Roller-Owens Funeral Home (791-7400) 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd, North Little Rock. Immediately following visitation, we will be holding an End of Life Celebration at Spectators (1012 West 34th St, NLR).
