Kimberly Michelle Whitmire

Kimberly Michelle Whitmire's spirit was set free on Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012. An Austin resident, she was born Aug. 12, 1977 in Lemoore, Calif. to Robley Shewmaker and Dianna Parker Shewmaker Plano. Kimberly loved to cook and invent recipes. She enjoyed singing and music and also enjoyed getting her hands dirty working on cars. Her daughters were her greatest joy in life. Kim was preceded in death by a brother, Chad Thomas Buckley and her father-in-law, John Whitmire. Kimberly will always be adored and missed by her husband, David Whitmire of Austin; her daughters, Shannen, Lauren and Jaden Whitmire; her parents, Robley Shewmaker and Dianna Plano (Louis); her brothers, Richard Shewmaker (Jennifer Fielding) and Tommy McKinnon (Toni) and her sisters, Gwendolyn Plano, Angela Coltrain (Terry) and Brooke Mayfield Buckley. She is also survived by her grandparents, Floyd and Florence Parker; mother-in-law, Betty Whitmire; best friend of 18 years, Denise Glenn and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
